WHERE WE ARE ACTIVE

Land use is changing
There is increasing demand on land to provide food, fuel and shelter for a growing population as well as reducing negative impacts on biodiversity, mitigating and adapting to climate change and building a greener, fairer economy.
Better decisions about how land is used will create, shape and manage green space to combine land products and services with market value with products for public benefit.
That means drawing out the qualities of land simultaneously-growing food, fibre and land-based enterprise and at the same time enhancing biodiversity, improving air quality, flood alleviation, tree equity and a better connection with nature.
By using resources from nature more sustainably and efficiently and by sharing skills and knowledge, we give the differences we make the best chance of creating long-term change in behaviour and ways of working.
